All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery, please note royal mail do not consider a parcel lost for 15 working days (this equates to 21 days including weekends) No invoice details will be included in your parcel, this is available online. A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender. We reserve the right to change the terms & Conditions without notice.
